Mr. Carlos made sure to always caution me when I was doing the wrong thing and correct it carefully, without making me stressed or nervous while I was driving. He is very good at slowly easing his students into driving and making sure they are fully prepared (mentally and physically) to take the wheel by themselves, rather than throwing them into the fire on day one without preparation. I'm late to driving but I have to say I really appreciate this whole company. The dispatch communication has been wonderful and patient and my instructor is the absolute best. I've driven with instructors in other places who have been a little intense and critical but Carlos is patient, clear and probably the kindest human ever. I'm excited for my next lessons with him and I have to recommend him specifically because he's been doing this for a while (since his teens) and really explained everything so well.
